 Services in Details

 

• Property Search (Rent/Buy)

 

This is one of the most important services which we render to our customer. We would call the customer/employee once we get the requirement. Our consultant will call the employee and will understand the employee specific requirement (rent/buy) in detail. Our consultant will also proactively consult on various issues, information and constraints if any for that requirement. Once the requirement is freezed we will immediately source property from our offline and online broker/house owner network. We as a standard will at minimum source 3 properties (rent/buy) based on the requirements of the employee. The properties can be in some cases more than 3 based on the requirement and availability.

 

• Coordinating Property Visits

Once we source the property we will call back the employee and will coordinate the visits to those properties by the employee at his/her time. Employee will visit the property on his/her expense, but we will coordinate it in such a way that the time and effort is optimal. Presence of our executive during the visit will be optional.

 

• Payment/Legal Agreement Help

We will help the customer through our service provider in facilitating legal and payment formalities. We have a standard copy of legal agreements and if the owner and employee agree to it then we can use that as an actual agreement. We will soon enable online payment on our website and employee can pay his/her charges (only brokerage and deposit) through their debit or credit card and we will reimburse those to our service provider. This is only for those cases where we have such an arrangement with the service provider.

 

• Coordination of Movement of Goods

In movement of goods we offer the services of getting best quotes and coordinating with the subject mover and packers agency till final delivery. We will ensure that the concerned service providers are delivering as agreed. The services are offered across all important cities of India.

 

• School Information

We will call the customer and understand the schooling need for their children. (Board, standard, type etc). Based on the requirement and any specific information asked by the employee we will send him the details on email. For certain schools we will also help them in getting admitted on preference based on our tie-up with the specific schools.

 

• Getting Rental Commodities

We will coordinate the entire activity if an employee asks for short term rental commodities. We are currently covering rental in furniture, electronic equipment, computers, laptops, two wheeler and four wheelers. We will take the requirement and pass on this information to our trusted service provider. Then both of us will coordinate the entire thing as well as any future modification.

 

• Getting Essential Connections (Gas, Mobile, Internet, Cable)

Based on the customer requirement we will coordinate the above mentioned connections. Gas connection is mostly dependent on availability and we shall communicate that to the employee as when it happens. But due to our relationship with various agencies we will make sure that our customers get preference in getting connections

 

• Pune-Life – A Relocation booklet

The booklet is a handy tool for any newcomer to the city pf Pune. It has all relevant information about the city including emergency numbers, a city map and an auto rickshaw price card. It is distributed free to all our corporate employees

 

• Local Travel Information

We shall email all the information about local travel (Intra and inter city bus, travel agents, car-rentals, tour organizers etc) as and when asked for.
