It is important to understand our role in relocation services. We play the role of integrated coordinator who manages the entire relocation activities by coordinating with various service providers and the employee/customer. We do not directly offer any of the relocation services. Our role basically includes help in finding the right property, consulting on local constraints, giving genuine alternatives, recommending the right service provider, tracking service provider’s service delivery, facilitation in payment and legal terms, continuous customer engagement and service provider follow ups
